What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will my order ship?

Already-made earrings are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items take 5–7 business days to create before they ship. Processing time is separate from shipping time, and you’ll choose your delivery speed at checkout.

Where are your products manufactured?

All products are designed and handmade by the artist in Avon, CT.

How much does shipping cost?

You’ll be able to choose from multiple carriers and delivery speeds at checkout. Shopify calculates the shipping cost in real time based on your location and selected method. I aim to provide a few different options so you can balance cost and delivery speed depending on what works best for you. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
